How soon after purchase will I receive my eCookBook(s)?
Immediately. After clicking "place order" in the checkout process, the next screen that appears will have download buttons for each digital CookBook. Clicking on these buttons will automatically download the files. You will also receive an email containing the link(s) to the eBook(s) as well. Please make sure to save the file(s) to your computer, phone, zip drive, or other method of file storage in case the email with the download link gets deleted or misplaced.
My download link didn’t work, what should I do?
Please try downloading from a desktop computer, then contact us at email@example.com if it is still not working.
I didn’t receive an email with the download link, how can I download my purchase?
Please make sure to check all junk mail folders, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive the email within 24 hours of purchase.
Do you sell hardcover copies of the eCookBooks?
I don't sell hardcover copies of the eCookBooks.
How can I use the eCookBooks after purchase?
The eBooks may be viewed on a computer, phone, tablet, or other device. The eBooks are not optimized for use on Kindle. I recommend importing them into an eBook reader such as "Books" on iPhone.
How can I add the eCookBooks to Books on my iPhone or iPad?
After purchase, download the file(s), tap on the arrow at the bottom of the screen, and select "copy to Books." Please contact us at email@example.com for additional assistance.
Can I get a new download link if I am unable to find the file I purchased years ago?
I ask that you please make sure to save the file directly to a computer, zip drive, or other method of file storage to reduce the risk of losing your files in the case of a lost/broken phone or loss of email access. Download links cannot be replaced. If you are unable to locate your link, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to help.
Are the eBooks available in other languages besides English?
The eCookBooks are only available in English at this time. Hopefully I will be able to have them translated in the future.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on the website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). However, the eBooks are available worldwide and your payment method will be charged the amount converted from USD into your country's currency.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
All eBook and ecookbook orders are non-refundable. Please make sure to read the product description and FAQ page carefully before purchase to make sure the product is suitable for you.
